Signature Earth is a strictly green retailer. We aim to be environmentally friendly in all our business practices, including our shipping policy. We work together with our designers to ensure all merchandise is drop shipped directly to our customers. This eliminates the double shipment of products. One less warehouse. One less shipping destination!!

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with an item(s) from your order please contact Signature Earth at info@signatureearth.com within 10 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you with the return process. We will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number in order for you to send back any product. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to cover the return shipping costs, and there may be a restocking fee. We can not refund any shipping costs. It is important that you contact us first prior to making a return, so that we may help you.
